When I come home from a full day at work at 5:30pm, nothing pains me more than having to think about cooking dinner. And real talk, moms are probably already planning dinner in their heads on Sundays. And the real supermoms out there have already done the grocery shopping for it and meal-prepped. Well, not me, ok?! I have a vague idea ahead of time of what we might have for dinner based on the mental inventory of my fridge, freezer and pantry. And then about half of the time, my husband will have an idea of what we're doing (and sometimes have it started when I get home, bless his heart). But your plans can change once you tell a kid what you're having, and then they say, "aww/eww/ugh, I don't feel like having that." My usual response is, "too bad," and if I'm feeling nice, I may offer some other options. But what I really want to say is "cook your own damn dinner, then!" And guess what, now they can!

Introducing: the Rapid Mac Cooker! My kids could eat mac 'n cheese every single day if I let them, so why not let them make their own when you don't feel like cooking?! You get extra cool mom points AND happy children. Total win win. And for the extra bonus - they're learning independence and how to "cook" so you don't have to!

My husband has a Rapid Ramen Cooker bowl, too, but this one works just as well for Top Ramen. So guess what, now your kids can learn how to "cook" not one, but TWO dishes! Just try not to think about how unhealthy large amounts of mac 'n cheese and Top Ramen are, and you're good to go!
